Refund policy
COMPLAINT
RETURNS
Our returns policy is valid for fourteen days. If your purchase is more than fourteen days old, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.
Some items are completely excluded from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:
* Gift certificates
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send the purchased items back to the manufacturer.
In certain situations only partial refunds will be given (if applicable)
* Worn socks cannot be resold for hygiene reasons, therefore only unworn socks with sealed packaging (unopened paper label on pair of socks) can be returned
* Items that are no longer in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.
* Items returned after 14 days from delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item you have returned. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

Offer items (if applicable)
Refunds can only be made for regular priced items, unfortunately promotional items are excluded from refunds.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are only granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email to retoure@skwerel.de and send the item to: Skwerel Bikewear Am Birnbach 5, Ilbesheim, Rheinland-Pfalz, 76831, Germany.
Geschenke
Wenn der Artikel beim Kauf als Geschenk gekennzeichnet und direkt an Dich gesendet wurde, erhaltest Du bei Rückgabe des Artikels einen Gutschein in Höhe des Einkaufswerts. Sobald der zurückgeschickte Artikel bei uns eingegangen ist, erhaltest Du einen Gutschein per E-Mail.
Wenn der Artikel beim Kauf nicht als Geschenk gekennzeichnet oder an die schenkende Person gesendet wurde, erfolgt die Erstattung an die schenkende Person, und die schenkende Person wird über die Rückgabe informiert.
Versand
Um Dein Produkt zurückzugeben, solltest Du Dein Produkt an:

Returns
Returns can be made within 14 days of delivery of the consignment. You bear the costs for this. We offer a returns label for easy processing.
If this service is used, we will reduce the credit note by the return shipping costs (4.99 euros insured return shipping within Germany).
If you choose a shipping service provider of your choice, please make sure that our return form is enclosed with the package. We recommend choosing an insured shipping method.
For returns outside Germany, please contact us within
