Returns can be made within 14 days of delivery of the shipment. You bear the costs for this. We offer a returns label for easy processing.
If this service is used, we will reduce the credit note by the return costs (EUR 4.99 within Germany). If you choose a shipping service provider of your choice, please make sure that our return form is enclosed with the package.
